Hello!

My name is Ashley Haar, and I’ve always been drawn to creating, teaching, and supporting others through meaningful learning experiences.

As a little girl, I would gather the neighborhood kids, tear pages from my beloved lesson books, and “teach” classes; complete with grading and sticker rewards. When my very cool cousin introduced me to PowerPoint, we spent hours designing presentations for our imaginary fashion-design company. Even then, I was energized by bringing ideas to life and helping others learn something new.

That early spark grew into a career grounded in both psychology and human development. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling and Human Resource Development, specializing in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health, I have spent the past 12 years supporting people across education and corporate settings.

As a previous school counselor and corporate learning & development specialist, I saw a consistent truth: People perform at their best when they feel heard, supported, and valued.

That belief is the foundation of Dusty Blue Learning Co.

I created Dusty Blue Learning Co. to help organizations take a human-centered approach to learning and development, to build effective training programs, strengthen teams, and intentionally cultivate cultures where people feel engaged, empowered, and equipped to grow!
